We’re still getting emails saying that people who purchased the record cannot download

If anyone emails pinmedown@radarmaker.co.uk and forwards their receipt, we can send you the album.

A Note about Pre-Orders

Due to the Icelandic Volcano Eya which halted European travel all last week, airmail has been massively delayed, so some of the bundle pre-order items were delayed getting out. People who ordered cds should have received them last week (19th or 20th) as we had those the previous week, but the rest should be coming in the mail soon.

We are sorry and as disappointed about the delay as you are, although we must admit a volcano erupting is pretty rock and roll. We will keep you posted as we hear any more information.

A Note From the Band

Hiya,

Russell and I wanted to give you an update from Pin Me Down-land. Like a rollercoaster, we’ve been moving fast and flying through loops, getting things done. Our debut album is coming out in a few days, April 19, and Russell and I have been busy working on Pin Me Down related treats for you. We met up in New York last week and signed limited edition vinyl copies of our “Treasure Hunter” 12″ single – you can watch the action unfold here.

We also made a music video for “Treasure Hunter,” which deals with identity and masks – that’s all I can say… the suspense builds… It’s looking amazing and it will be revealed soon, along with many pictures and videos from behind the scenes. We took some new photos, ate lots of amazing food and I got to spy on Russell playing guitar with Ash.

Such busy bees!

We’re also very excited to announce that we’re playing an acoustic set and DJing for Record Store Day, London on Saturday, April 17 at Rough Trade East, in Brick Lane with Laurie Anderson, Ash, Caribu, Sweet Billy Pilgrim and Michael Rother of Neu! Gig info is here We’re going to be signing more records and hopefully we can meet some more of you there!

Time Crisis

It’s a new year, a new decade, and Pin Me Down is starting it off with a bang and klang. Today we are unveiling our spanking new website http://www.pinmedown.net which will be the go-to place for news, music, merch, and tour info about the band. To celebrate the new website, we are releasing our new song, “Time Crisis,” which you can download for free on our homepage. “Time Crisis” is one of our newest songs and was recorded in London and New York and produced by Daniel Lindgren (aka Tommy Sparks!) with additional recording by Jamie Ellis. Leave a comment and tell us what you think of the new tune. We’ve also updated our myspace page and joined Twitter (add us at @wearepinmedown.)
