Hey I bought the album as a digital download along with the CD but when i downloaded the album, there is only the bonus track. Was the download meant to be like this because it says that the 11 tracks are available for download after purchase. Please help???

I pre-ordered the album in mid March and as promised I got the “Curious” track right away. However I have yet to receive any instructions on how to get the rest of the album. Top-Spin just say they don’t ship merchandise but it’s the digital download I bought… Please help!
I pre-ordered the digital download album on April 11. I only received the Bonus Track. I called Topspin and they were able to send me the MP3 version of the album a few days later. I had requested to receive both the Apple Lossless version and MP3 one but have yet to received the Apple Lossless version. Please help.

I preordered the Cd and Vinyl from your website about 3 weeks ago. You have taken the money from my account but it has not been delivered and no one is respnding to my emails to keep me updated.

Because of the volcano shutting down airmail, the pre-orders have been massively delayed. Russell and I are as disappointed as you are about it. We’re checking with the manufacturer on a daily basis. I hope you get it soon.

Thank you so much for putting out an album that is fun and magical at the same time. I hope you guys can come to El Paso, TX, USA if possible cuz we don’t ever get any good artists (in my opinion).
